Turban case: DGP meets relations; Governor calls for rapid launch of Balwinder Singh

The relations of Balwinder Singh, who has been arrested by West Bengal police for carrying a firearm at a rally organised by Bharatiya Janata Occasion (BJP), met senior police officers late on Friday night.
